1. The service
SurveySan lets users create surveys, share URLs to collect responses, and review results. No registration or login is required.
2. Responsibility for submitted content
Users are responsible for the survey titles, descriptions, questions, responses, names, and other content they enter.
3. Prohibited activities
- Content that violates laws or public order
- Posting personal or confidential information, or infringing others’ rights
- Defamation, discrimination, threats, and harassment
- Spam, excessive repeated submissions, and automated mass access
- Interfering with service operations, security, or other users
4. Content deletion
The creator can delete an entire survey in creator mode. The operator may delete prohibited content, content reported through inquiries, or content whose removal is considered necessary to operate the service.
5. Retention
Surveys and responses generally expire 30 days after the survey is created. Pages may no longer be available after that period.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for service interruptions, lost data, submitted content, or disputes between users.
7. Changes to these terms
The operator may change these terms as needed. Updated terms take effect when published on this page.
